Are you a personable, enthusiastic and hard-working? Our client is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their clients Sales & Support Team, with a bias in the technical hardware IT sector. A telephone-based role.
This role involves understanding your customer’s needs, supporting them with tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You must be a real hard worker, with a ’never give up’ attitude, who is prepared to go the extra mile to support your customers.
Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
* Grow and maintain long term customer relationships
* Making calls to make customers aware of up-and-coming new products
* Quoting for products
* Deal with onboarding of new customers
* Dealing with issues and ensuring total customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
* Enthusiastic, personable nature
* Customer service oriented
* Ability to think laterally under pressure with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Training will be given in the products and services
