PMO Analyst
Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid Role - 1 p/w On-Site)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

We are working with a rapidly expanding software provider in Nottingham, on the brink of exciting growth after securing contracts with several multi-national clients. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a talented PMO Analyst to join their professional services team and help bring innovative software solutions to life.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Desirable:
* Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
* Background in both public and private sector businesses.
Role Overview:
* Support the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Maintain and develop PMO processes, standards, and templates.
* Provide insightful reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams.
* Assist in resource planning and allocation.
