PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful and prestigious Construction business in Coalville with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join for circa 10-12 months interim - possible scope for permanent.
This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on site and 2 days home per week.
Description
The role of HR Advisor will be based from the Head Office function and support a number of corporate divisions. It is a busy and generalist role including but not limited to:
* Provide HR advice and support to teams across the business.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Manage and resolve a wide range of employee relations issues.
* Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
* Assist in performance management processes.
* Support in delivering HR projects and initiatives.
* Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisory/HR Business Partner role.
