PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful and prestigious Construction business with various sites in Birmingham/West Midlands with the appointment of a Regional HR Advisor to join for circa 10-12 months interim - possible scope for permanent.
This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on-site and 2 days home per week.
Description
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, the role of Regional HR Advisor is a busy and generalist role supporting with a wide range of people matters, including but not limited to:
* Provide HR advice and support to team members and management.
* Manage high volume employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness.
* Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
* Support the implementation of HR initiatives within the team.
* Assist with the recruitment process by liaising with the hiring managers and candidates.
* Support the management of HR-related documentation and company HR databases.
* Provide HR reports to management as needed.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
