We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our clients enthusiastic team. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver High-Quality Care and Education: Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that foster children’s development and learning.
* Observe and Assess: Monitor and document children’s progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.
* Collaborate with Parents: Maintain positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child’s development.
* Ensure Safety and Wellbeing: Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children in our care.
* Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a dedicated team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
Qualifications and Skills: * Level 3 Early Years Qualification: Essential for this role.
* Experience: Previous experience in an early years setting is preferred.
* Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine interest in the development and well-being of young children.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
