Role: * Work alongside the Retail Director to manage their flagship store team to deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience at all times.
* Ensure the seamless running of the store by working closely with our Retail Manager and HQ departments
* Support the online retail platform and create an omni-channel experience.
* Act as a brand ambassador helping to educate and excite others
* Be a helpful resource for customers to create lasting positive client relationships.
* Communicate and drive daily focuses to the team that balance KPIs and brand values.
Requirements: * Relevant retail management experience.
* Self motivated and always proactive looking for opportunities and markets to promote the brand in
* Ambitious, organised, thoughtful, inquisitive and always excited to help make someone’s day.
* Excels at process and execution with a ’no-task-too-small’ attitude.
Offering: * Basic salary - £33,000 - £36,000
