Job Description:
A prestigious Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Maidenhead office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 6+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) to support and enhance an established team.

The Commercial Property Solicitor’s Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will support the existing team by bringing their extensive knowledge and experience to handle a wide range of commercial property matters. This includes acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and property development projects. The Commercial Property Solicitor will provide high-quality legal advice and support to a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to large corporations. The role requires managing a complex caseload independently and ensuring all work meets the firm’s high standards.
The Commercial Property Solicitor
* 6+ years PQE in commercial property law
* Extensive experience with commercial property transactions
* Strong client management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and case management
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
