A specialist, chartered surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a prime/high end residential background, to join their diverse Quantity Surveying team in London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role
Based a stones throw away from Piccadilly Circus station, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an office of circa 20 who work within the private sector, on high end / prime / super prime residential projects, for clients across London and the Southeast.
The Directors are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working with demanding clients, able to handle multiple projects, as well as be able to take projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Ideally MRICS
* Must have a RICS accredited / Quantity Surveying degree
* Residential project experience
* Client facing / strong communicator
* Strong pre contract experience
* Experience of working within a PQS / Consultancy environment
