The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be exposed to a wide variety of high-profile projects, predominantly within the residential space, working with clients including social landlords and public sector organisations.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to develop skills such as condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall and expert witness.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will ideally be an ambitious individual, eager to get stuck into a fresh challenge.
* RICS accredited degree
* Experience within the residential sector is preferred
* Ideally 2+ years consultancy experience
* Ambitious to complete APC
