A globally successful construction consultancy are looking for a dynamic Building Surveyor to join their collaborative Bristol team.
The Building Surveyors’ role
The successful Building Surveyor will be joining their National Programmes team to support a variety of exciting schemes across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail.
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional services including party wall, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employers agent, as well as contract admin and project management services too.

The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process.
* Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
* Experience within a similar consultancy environment
* Both project and professional experience
* Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
