Principal Designer BSA 2022 Role:
As a Principal Designer, you will:
* Provide expert consultancy on design compliance under the Building Safety Act 2022.
* Conduct site inspections across a diverse project portfolio, ensuring every day brings new challenges and experiences.
* Engage confidently in design meetings with clients, offering guidance on building control legislation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Building Control Surveyor/Inspector.
* Professional membership in CABE, RIBA, MCIAT, MCIOB, or MICE.
* Extensive knowledge of building control and regulations.
* Experience with projects under the Building Safety Act 2022 is preferable.
