A London based, large and Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking for a Principal Designer to undertake Building Safety Act 2022 design responsibilities. The Principal Designer (Building Safety Act 2022) will work from an office within walking distance to a prestigious and scenic London destination 2 days a week. Despite a hybrid nature, the role offers a family-feel team with great progression opportunities as they have an impressive reach within the UK.
Principal Designer BSA 2022
The Principal Designer will be a Building Control Surveyor or Inspector, with good knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations. Being an experienced Architect or Design Manager is also preferable, so long as you have a solid Building regulation and Control knowledge. Holding memberships such as RIBA, CABE, CIOB or any other relevant membership to Architecture, Design or Building control will be very beneficial.
Principal Designer BSA 2022
* Qualified as a Building Control Surveyor/Inspector required
* Professional membership to: CABE / RIBA / MCIAT / MICE
* 2 years as a qualified Building Control Surveyor/Inspector (preferable)
* Project experience working on Building Safety Act 2022 (preferable)
