Job Description:
R13 Recruitment are currently supporting in the hiring of a Senior Insurance Advisor to join an established and specialist insurance company based in Norwich. The purpose of your role will be to support the wider team with workload planning and allocation, training and development, complaint handling, as well as working to provide expert insurance advice to customers, and to build and maintain client relationships. You will be encouraged to bring forward ideas for continued development of systems and processes and enhancement of the service customers receive. A superb opportunity for you to bring your experience and enthusiasm to a dynamic business.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and is offering a competitive salary depending on experience.

The day to day
* Planning the day-to-day workload of the wider team, ensuring the workload is effectively managed.
* Assisting with training and professional development of the team.
* First point of contact for any complaints into the department.
* Providing expert insurance advice to customers across several media channels.
* Developing and maintain customer and client relationships.
* Developing an expert knowledge of company policies and products.
* Liaising with provider to arrange insurance cover for customers.
* Renewing or amending existing policies, and maintaining detailed computer records.
You will have/be
* Previous insurance experience (sales / service / claims).
* Experience in supporting colleagues - coaching / leading / supervising.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Positive approach and role model for your colleagues.
* Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
* A great communicator verbally and in writing, with good rapport building skills.
* Experience handling both telephone, email and online queries.
* Good time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A confident and friendly telephone manner.
