Job Description:
R13 Recruitment are currently supporting in the recruitment of an Insurance Advisor to join an established insurance company based in Norwich. The purpose of your role will be to provide expert insurance advice to customers, build and maintain customer relationships and ensure all customers have an excellent experience with the business.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £23,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.

The day to day
* Providing expert insurance advice to customers across several media channels.
* Developing and maintain customer and client relationships.
* Developing an expert knowledge of company policies and products.
* Assessing customers current and future insurance requirements.
* Liaising with provider to arrange insurance cover for customers.
* Renewing or amending existing policies.
* Maintaining detailed computer records.
You will have/be
* Previous customer service and/or insurance experience.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A great communicator with good rapport building skills.
* Experience handling both telephone and online queries.
* Good time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A confident and friendly telephone manner.
