The Commercial Property Solicitor’s Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and property development projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, providing comprehensive legal advice and support. The Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
The Commercial Property Solicitor
* 2+ years PQE in commercial property law
* Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proven track record of managing a varied caseload
