An ambitious, specialist Quantity Surveying and Project Management in Kent are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who would benefit from a local consultancy with an exceptional APC programme, as well as an excellent culture.
The Quantity Surveyor’s role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a SME Construction Consultancy with a broad portfolio of projects including education, mixed use residential, commercial, retail fit out, hotels, and healthcare.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex - taking on pre and post contract responsibilities with the support of the Associate Directors.
The Quantity Surveyor
* Completed a Quantity Surveying, or RICS accredited degree
* Minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience
* Experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
* Committed to achieving MRICS
* Good pre contract knowledge
