Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Team Assistant to support our team in Canary Wharf. This is a temporary position for up to 20 months, requiring a full-time commitment with 5 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities * Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Reception Duties: Welcome and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
* Office Coordination: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating facilities, and liaising with building management.
* Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating team events, meetings, and conferences.
* Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
* Team Support: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the team’s objectives and goals.
Profile
Qualifications and Skills * Experience: Proven experience in a corporate reception or customer service role.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisation: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
* Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
* Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
