The owner of an ambitious, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a proactive, team-focused Quantity Surveyor with a PQS background.
The Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a small, family feel consultancy in Cambridge that continues to impose itself on the Cambridge construction market by winning further work across the healthcare and residential sectors.
As a result, the owner is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who can support and help deliver new build and refurbishment projects across Cambridge and the surrounding areas, with projects typically valuing between £5m and £20m.
The Quantity Surveyor
* Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
* Residential or Healthcare project experience would be preferable
* Enjoys being hands-on
* Pre and post cost management experience
* Any employers agent experience would be a bonus
* Preferably from a PQS /Consultancy background
* Driving licence and car
