HR Officer
Paying £25,000-£32,000pa
Full Time Office based
Summary:
Working as part of the Human Resources Team you will be expected to support all aspects of human resources working practices and processes. The job of HR Officer is important to business ongoing success. People are their most important asset and you’ll be part of a team ensuring a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise the Company’s ongoing business objectives.
You will be involved with supporting the team activities such with recruitment, updating information and systems, supporting employees and giving advice, training and development and all aspects of administration.
Responsibilities:
- Admin (Onboarding and contracts)
- Support (First point of contact)
- Policies and Procedures
- Low Level advice
- Systems
- Recruitment
- Booking Training
Experience:
- CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
- Worked within a HR function
- Basic HR Knowledge
- Looking for progression
- Systems experience
