Job Description:
A market leading Property & Construction Consultancy, with 11 offices nationwide, is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to enhance their Liverpool office.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The incoming Construction Project Manager will become part of a vibrant, hands-on team of professionals that prides itself on an exciting and inclusive company culture. This role offers the chance to work across a wide variety of sectors with prestigious blue-chip clients, leading sporting teams, renowned automotive OEMs, innovative R&D organisations, and top academic research institutes.
With the flexibility of a hybrid working model from the office, site, and home, combined with exceptional long-term progression opportunities to Senior Project Manager and comprehensive support with Chartership, this position is ideal for a career-focused PM looking to establish themselves within a highly respected firm.
The Construction Project Manager
The successful Construction Project Manager will have:
* A Construction Project Management experience within a UK Consultancy
* Ideally chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, or working towards chartership.
* Ability to work independently as a project lead but also collaboratively within a team
* Confident across all RIBA stages
* Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy

* £35,000 - £50,000 (on experience)
