Job Description:
We are recruiting for freight forwarding and international courier / freight company based in South East London they are seeking a Customer service clerk who is bright confident and keen to progress within the company.
Daily Duties will include:
* Taking clients bookings via online / telephone and emails
* Assisting with queries
* Assist with Receiving and processing the shipment
* Chasing POD’s
* Tracking and monitoring shipments
* Creating daily reports
* General Admin
Working Monday to Friday 9.00am-18.00pm
