Run your own caseload to include: . * Company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes (And possibly data protection & intellectual property disputes). * Potential to advise on insolvency + other matters as they arise. * You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm. What do you need? . * To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years’ PQE . * General Commercial Litigation experience . * Any niche/specialisms will be welcomed! .
