Hours: 9am-5.30pm - 35grs per week
Pay: £600 per day paid weekly via umbrella - NO LTD

Duties
• Project manage specialist flood risk, drainage and/or water quality projects as required to unlock funding and/or investigate arising issues as required by The Flood and Water Management Act 2010
• Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
• Advise officers on the project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
• Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
• Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
• Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
• Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
• Provide drainage maintenance input into proposed drainage schemes, to sustain and improve the life cycle of the assets through identifying risks and mitigation measures as appropriate.
• Provide technical advice on drainage related issues, including assisting in securing the appropriate funding and construction standards.
Qualifications & Experience
• Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification
• Significant highway and drainage experience including all associated procedures, policies and responsibilities.
• Experience of infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
• Experience in the adoption and management best practice Project Management techniques.
• Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients. Significant experience and a working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts is required. NEC Accreditation is preferrable.
• Experience of NEC Administration tools, Cemar, Fastdraft etc
