Job Title: 1st / 2nd Line IT Engineer
Location: Blackburn (BB2)
Work Structure: On site
Salary: up to £28,000 DOE
Passionate about IT and sports? Our client, a leading name in the sports sector are recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to progress into Networking roles if they wish to do so.
You will be supporting the IT infrastructure across a large network including in-person or remote support to staff across the business.
Responsibilities:
* To provide 1st & 2nd Line IT Support to all departments
* Log and resolve incoming requests
* Setup & configure IT equipment including Windows, Mac, mobiles, iPads etc.
* To acquire quotes and generate proposals to the IT Manager
* Manage the inventory system and stock levels of IT equipment
* Work with and help the IT Apprentices with PC and laptop builds
* Liaise and work together with the rest of the support team
Requirements:
* Active Directory / Group policies
* Office 365 & applications
* SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
* Networking knowledge including routers, switches, VLANS
* PC builds and configs
* Printer support
