**Role Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Cover Supervisors. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during teacher absences. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates looking to gain experience in the education sector and make a positive impact on students’ lives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom activities.
- Support students with their learning, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Maintain discipline and follow school policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student performance and behavior.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements:**
- A degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and working with young people.
- The ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
