This Iconic Entertainment group is a household name and leader in its field operating across the globe and continuing to experience growth and development in their international and domestic markets.
They are now looking for an FP&A Analyst. As part of the Global commercial finance team you will play a pivotal role in the review and analysis of the financial performance of the operating companies and preparation of key financial monthly reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Key member of a team involved in the review and analysis of the financial performance of the operating companies, as well as the preparation of key monthly financial reports.
* Responsibility for the review and analysis of a group of territories and point of reference for the Finance Team in all financial operating matters relating to them.
* Preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports produced by the FP&A team including those on specific revenue, income statement and cashflow segments.
* Ensuring adherence to company accounting policies and relevant IAS requirements and disclosures.
* Detailed variance investigations upon the monthly actual and forecast results compared to budget upon not only income statement but also cash-flow on both a group, divisional and operating company level.
* Provide additional off-cycle support to Finance Director and Finance Manager.
* Development and maintenance of KPIs.
* Preparation of Board presentations and other ad-hoc reviews.
Required Experience:
* ACA Big 4 Newly Qualified. 
* Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel.
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in written form. In addition must be able to explain/present results (especially financial) in a clear, accurate and concise form.
* Team player with strong work ethic.
* Strong interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong relationships with colleagues from the different territories. 
* Detail oriented, but ability to see the big picture.
* Flexible with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Ability to manage own workload in a pressurised environment and work to tight deadlines.
