Job Description:
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from a UK customer base, handling customer queries and updating information on CRM systems.

Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on a temp to perm basis!
Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
* Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
* Handling customer complaints and providing resolution
* Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
* Adhoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
* Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
* Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc
* Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles
* Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
* Strong IT skills
Please note you will need able to pass DBS checks
