We are currently on the lookout for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team, based in Islington.
The Role:
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of estate grounds and facilities.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as gardening, landscaping, and minor repairs.
* Monitor security of the estate premises and report any suspicious activities.
* Assist in setting up and organizing events held within the estate.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Candidate:
* Full driving license is essential.
* Prior experience in caretaking/cleaning/maintenance work.
* An Enhanced DBS check is essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
