Job Description:
AML/Risk Investigator
A leading Conveyancing firm in Leeds is currently looking to hire an AML/Risk Investigator to join its Leeds office, offering hybrid working.
This role would particularly suit an individual who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working as a deputy MLRO or within an AML/financial crime environment with extensive knowledge of regulatory obligations and requirements.
This does not set out every responsibility but provides an overview of the main areas of responsibility:
* Point of contact and subject matter expert in the investigation/risk assessment of the sourcing/ allocation of funds and anti-fraud due diligence checks in remortgage cases
* Liaise with and provide support to the remortgage MLRO in compliance with our regulatory requirements
* Liaise with the client lender, borrowers and other external institutions as required
* Identify potential process improvements
