Job Description:
A great Multi Academy Trust are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join their team!
Position: Senior Finance Officer
Location: Slough
Onsite Working: 5 days a week, 37 hours
This pivotal role is available on a full-time (Desirable) or term-time basis, with the expectation to contribute 2-3 weeks of work during school holidays. The annual salary range is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, with pro-rata adjustments for term-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise Excel to develop and analyse financial spreadsheets.
- Focus on budgeting and financial analysis to support the Principal Finance Officer.
- Compile and synthesise financial data effectively.
Requirements:
- While experience in education is preferred, outstanding candidates from outside the education sector are welcome to apply.
- AAT qualification is desirable.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Multi Academy Trust setting, with a proven track record in budgeting and account analysis, is required for the top end of the salary scale.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional individual capable of managing complex financial tasks with precision and clarity.
