Job Title: Part Time Sales Team Leader - Weekends Only. Location: Exchange Quay, Manchester - 100% office based. Hours: 22.5 hours per week Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9am - 5pm . They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Team Leader to join their team and drive the sales team to new heights.. . As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role within the business. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 sales professionals, guiding them to achieve and exceed their targets. Your primary focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring consistency in sales processes, and empowering individuals to achieve overall team success.. . Key Responsibilities:. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 3 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.. * Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and development plans to enhance individual performance.. * Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.. * Ensure consistency in sales processes, policies, and procedures within the department.. * Foster a positive and competitive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.. * Analysing sales data and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.. . Qualifications and Experience:. * Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably within a call centre telesales environment.. * Strong coaching and mentoring skills and developing high-performing teams.. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. * Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive performance improvements.. * Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.. * A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.. .
