Job Description:
Deputy Catering & Project Manager
Venn Group are supporting a Healthcare orgaisniation to appoint a Deputy Catering & Project Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London
Duration: 6 months
The Successful Candidate will:
* Lead Catering projects , particularly current projects surrounding patient experience
* Manage catering functions across the trust site
* Ensure services are delivered within required budget for internal and external contracts
* Work with stakeholders and dietetics in menu planning and implementation
The Successful candidate will have:
* Catering/ Hospitality background
* Previous experience with large scale catering projects
* Strong Health and Safety knowledge
