Salary: £130 - £225 per day
About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team, providing high-quality education across secondary schools in West Yorkshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in diverse educational settings, delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of varying abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
* Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of students with different learning styles and abilities.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
* Marking and assessing students’ work, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborating with school staff to support student learning and school initiatives.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in secondary schools, preferably within the UK education system.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
* A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
