The Senior Building Surveyors’ role
This role offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with one of the Partners in expanding their Building Surveying services across the West Midlands.
Founded over 150 years ago, this consultancy currently operates across 9 successful offices and aims to continue this success, with a particular focus on their Shrewsbury office.
The Senior Building Surveyor will have the chance to manage a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as healthcare, mixed-use, sports, leisure, hospitality, technology, office and education.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be someone who’s ambitious to take on a fresh challenge and support the growth of the office.
* MRICS qualification is ideal
* Previous consultancy experience
* Varied project experience
* Business development experience is beneficial but not essential
