A young, professional Cost and Project Management consultancy, that punches above its weight project-wise, is seeking a project delivery focused, Associate Quantity Surveyor.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s role
The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Quantity Surveying Director in Soho, London on a high profile list of commercial, life science, hotel, and residential/student accommodation projects valuing up to £400m.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will take charge of their own projects, which will include taking projects from inception to completion, whilst also being a key client contact.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
* From a PQS / Consultancy background
* Hard-working, professional character
* Pre and post contract experience
* Ideally MRICS
* Commercial project experience would be a plus
* Previous experience of acting as a SQS or Associate Quantity Surveyor
