An aggressively expanding, multi disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has the initiative and ability to hit the ground running and lead on projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join the London office (50+ staff) and will be responsible for project delivery from a Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying perspective, as well as helping the junior quantity surveyors with their pre and post contract work.
Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a mix of residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and leisure projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* PQS / Consultancy background
* Any project management or employers agent experience would be a bonus
* Pre and post cost management experience
* Preferably MRICS - not essential
* UK cost consultancy / quantity surveying consultancy experience
* Residential project experience would be desirable
