Estates Hub Manager
Venn Group are recruiting for a Estates Hub Manager with an Education Group based in Kent.
Salary: £35,700 - £40,200 DOE
Location: Kent
Duration: Permanent
Working hours: Monday -Friday 37.5 hours per week
Job responsibilities
* Managing the Maintenance Team
* Plan and monitor expenditure
* Responsible for the development and implementation of the MAT-wide estate development strategy
* To prepare and manage an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance programme
The ideal candidate:
* 2 years’ experience in managing teams in an Estates environment
* Full clean driver’s license
* Health & Safety qualification
* Project Management experience
