What will you do? 
* Handle a full property litigation caseload 
* This will include both residential and commercial property litigation matters (either or options available or a mix of both) 
* The work is flowing in as referrals from other departments, so little business development needed right now
* Build out a team around yourself when you are ready  
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified property litigation solicitor or legal executive 
* At least 2 years’ experience within litigation 
* If property litigation is not your current specialism, but you have a strong interest in it then do still get in touch  
* Managerial experience is beneficial, but not essential
