Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Axminster, Devon

What will you do? 
Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to: 
* Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties) 
* Lease matters 
* Remortgaging 
* Shared & joint ownership 
* (You won’t advise on new build transactions) 
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of residential conveyancing experience 
* Or be an unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload 
* This is a junior level fee earning role
