Family Solicitor
Location: East London
A Lexcel accredited and Legal 500 firm is seeking a Family Solicitor join their East London office.
About the Firm:
* Lexcel accredited practice based in East London.
* Awarded Legal 500 status for excellence in a wide range of legal services.
* Known for first-class expertise and exceptional client care.
The Role:
* Position: Family Solicitor
* Location: East London (Ilford)
* Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Specialisation: Family Law
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle domestic abuse cases and childcare cases.
* Manage other areas of work involving: * Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy
* Co-habitation
* Children matters
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Work on public and private law children matters and financial proceedings.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
* Knowledge of Legal Aid work.
* Experience in all areas of family law work.
* Experience in supervising paralegals is advantageous.
* Excellent client care skills.
