We have been asked to recruit a Paraplanner for a IFA practice in Market Harborough.
You’ll need to have completed the CII Level 4 in Paraplanning as they need someone who can support team members who are currently studying.
The company has been providing bespoke financial solutions to clients for many years, business has been good, and this position is to support the growing team.

Below is a small overview of the role…
* Assist with the preparation of suitability reports including preparation of illustrations and application paperwork.
* Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliantmanner to the firm’s standards.
* Ensure fund switches / rebalances are carried out accurately and within company timescales.
* Send letters of authority and gather accurate information.
* Input and maintain accurate client records on the back-office system, Platform and other IT Systems.
* Prepare client review pack including valuations & supporting paperwork.
* Record, and where appropriate, implement agreed actions in coordination with the Financial Adviser.
* Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures.
* Ensure all work is followed up promptly in line with company standards.
