I am seeking a talented Residential Property Supervising Solicitor to join my clients dynamic team. As a key member of the residential property department, you will bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role, overseeing property transactions and contributing to their business development.
* Lead and manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Utilise your 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing to provide expert guidance and support to clients
* Act as a self-motivated and confident individual, collaborating with minimal supervision and driving business development initiatives
* Supervise a small team of fee-earners and paralegals (previous supervisor experience not essential) 
Preferred Requirements:
* Demonstrable expertise in residential conveyancing, encompassing a deep understanding of all related processes and regulations
* Experience in new build conveyancing advantageous
* Strong IT skills to efficiently manage caseload and documentation
* Creative and strategic mindset, with a genuine interest in contributing to business development activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Membership in a relevant professional body such as the Law Society or CILEx
* Proven track record in managing complex residential property transactions
