Venn Group are currently partnering with a growing Social Housing provider, who are looking to recruit a Recruitment Business Partner focusing on delivery high quality recruitment campaigns. The successful Recruitment Business Partner will have experience dealing with a variety of recruitment campaigns and have ideas about how to improve recruitment strategies.
Job title:            Recruitment Business Partner
Location:           Bedford (2 days per week in the office)
Salary:               £45,000 - £50,000 pa
Contract:           12-month FTC
Duties:
* Planning and managing targeted recruitment campaigns for a variety of roles
* Engaging with sourced passive and active candidates
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders in the organisation to understand recruitment plans
* Responsible for the recruitment process from planning through to offer
* Working with the HR and Communications team to promote the organisation’s brand and manage recruitment on social media
* Analyse recruitment trends and provide recruitment reports to the wider business
Experience:
* Previous experience managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish
* The ability to demonstrate where you have improved recruitment processes
