Legal Assistant - Court of Protection
TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity for a Legal Assistant within an esteemed Court of Protection team in Swansea for a Legal 500 firm. Role Responsibilities:
The position is dynamic and varied, encompassing a range of tasks such as:

- Assisting with applications to the Court of Protection to appoint both lay and professional deputies.
- Managing general financial administration, including the payment of invoices and utility bills.
- Liaising with families, care professionals, case managers, and financial advisors.
- Ensuring clients receive all state benefits available to them.
- Assisting with the sale and purchase of properties.
- Arranging repairs and adaptations to properties.
- Organising and renewing insurance policies.
- Conducting financial reconciliation of bank accounts, including the preparation of cash flows.
- Purchasing everyday items, including specialist equipment.
- Providing general assistance to directors, solicitors, and legal advisors in the team.
