Providing expert legal advice on property acquisitions, sales, leases, and financings.. Conducting thorough due diligence and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.. Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.. Contributing to the development and growth of the Residential Property team.. Qualifications and Skills:. Qualified solicitor with a strong background in residential property law.. Extensive experience managing high-value property transactions.. Excellent client management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
