MBA are again excited to be working exclusively alongside an Insurance industry heavyweight in their search for a Claims Account Executive. This is a remote role requiring travel to client sites as and when necessary (Typically the London area).
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability and business acumen to manage the customer relationship at multiple levels for an existing portfolio of clients and be responsible for value delivery to clients including plan performance, account management and service results. Due to the scope of work involved, we would be looking for someone who has experience working within the insurance industry, especially within a commercial claims environment and experience in dealing directly with clients.

Role & Responsibilities
* Provide a best in class client account management 
* Develop existing relationships in order to both understand and satisfy client needs
* Report on claim patterns and trends, offering insights and solutions
* Deliver against agreed SLAs
* Maintain compliance at all times
Skills & Experience
* Prior existing managing key clients in an insurance environment (e.g. TPA or brokerage or claims management / claims solutions)
* Good understanding of insurance claims, though claims handling experience not essential
* Strong communication skills
