Our client is seeking a Specialist Account Manager to provide collection support and monitoring for a portion of their portfolios. This role supports the Assistant General Manager and National Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage receivables and control losses.
* Work directly with franchisees and field management to control delinquency and net losses.
* Resolve customer Payment issues.
* Report and track net losses/delinquency to management.
* Develop strong business relationships with sales management and franchise sales force.
* Answer field and customer inquiries regarding the credit program and account status.
* Recommend legal actions and follow up on necessary court actions.
* Ensure adherence to corporate collection and repossession procedures.
* Analyse business portfolios and formulate monthly action plans.
* Develop presentations for field group and manager meetings.
* Conduct market analysis to identify deficiencies.
Person Specification:
* Degree in finance or 2-4 years of collections experience.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Outgoing, with positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills.
