A great opportunity available for a Service Support Advisor working for a fantastic manufacturer within the hospitality and retail industry, based in Milton Keynes!

Working in a small team, reporting to a Team Leader you will liaise with internal Account Coordinators, field-based technicians.
This role would suit someone who likes delivering excellent customer service and is maybe looking for their first office-based role.

Your day will look like this:
* Responding to customer calls & emails in a timely manner
* Log calls and update customers
* Communicate with customers about their repairs calls, advising on any delays or the status
* Supporting with customer complaints
* Responding to emails
* Maintain up to date customer information on SAP
Person Specification:
* Want to deliver an excellent customer service
* Able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of SAP is beneficial
* Catering industry knowledge

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm, This is an office based role whilst in probation (6 months) then will move to a hybrid model.
