We are currently looking a skilled and motivated Class 1 Driver to join our client in Normanton.. . Mixture of general haulage, trunking and store deliveries.. . Start times between 05.00-07.00 and 18.00-20.00. Monday to Friday with weekend work available.. . Key Responsibilities:. * Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.. * Perform tramping duties with overnight stays as required.. * Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.. * Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.. * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.. . Pay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay):. * £17.37/h days. * £19.05/h nights. * £20.17/h Saturday. * £21.29/h Sunday. . Requirements:. * Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card.. * Experience in general haulage and tramping.. * A clean driving record with no major endorsements.. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.. .
