Job Title: HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator
Pay Bracket: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: Manchester City Centre
An opportunity has come up for a HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a growing business based in Manchester, initially on a 12 month FTC basis.
What does the role involve?
* Acting as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, both face to face and on email, liaising with an external employment law consultant as and when needed
* Managing and maintaining employee records and processing variation to contracts as and when required
* Managing the onboarding administration for new employees, including obtaining references and carrying out screening
* Carrying out HR administration processes, assisting the wider team, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures
* Supporting the recruitment process, coordinating the candidate’s journey and planning ways in which to attract the best talent for the business
* Facilitating learning and development activities for employees
* Supporting with a variety of HR projects and initiatives
